WH (SpeedLine) Linear Units

Wheel-guided linear units designed for high-speed material handling and packaging applications where throughput is critical. Thomson’s WH belt-driven, wheel-guided products are designed for dynamic applications demanding high speed and high acceleration but requiring smooth motion with medium to high loads. The MLSH provides additional moment load capacity with a wide-bearing architecture. The WHZ is used in z-axis applications as a high-speed alternative to pneumatic or electric cylinders.

MLSH60Z (FORCELINE) Linear Units

Thomson's (FORCELINE) MLSH60Z positioning slides are designed with the extremely fast SPEEDLine® guidance system. With its successful patented plastic cover band, these units can be installed in just about any direction. The surface of the unit's power bridge is designed with T-slots on similar spacing allowing easy X-Y assembly of gantry or Cartesian systems.

WHZ (SPEEDLINE) Linear Lifting Units

Thomson's WHZ (SPEEDLINE) Z-axis units are specifically designed for vertical movements. With vertical mounting reducing the overall load mass and the short design travel, high dynamic movements can be obtained.
