Lightweight manipulator for polluted environments. Lightweight 2D gantry for payloads up to 40(*) kg with polyamide coated rollers. Speed/acceleration up to 3 m/s and 10 m/s² on Y axis.
Available Sizes: 180/120, 250/180.
Features:
- Movement ensured by polyamide-coated roller guides and belt drives (Y axis) and rack and pinion drives (Z axis).
- Consisting of “Speedy SAB” (Y axis) and “Speedy SAR” (Z axis) linear units.
- Very lightweight Y-Z structure consisting of a self-supporting aluminum profile hard anodized to 62 HRC.
- Manipulator manufactured to order with custom stroke length.
