High Speed Valves

Automation:

High speed valves are used extensively in robotics and other applications where increased speed and productivity provide avenues for increased production and revenues. The longevity of the valves provides for uninterrupted machine service and avoids costly machine downtime.

One of the most demanding applications for the high speed valves is in color sorting machines due to ultra-fast cycling of the valves during 24-hour continuous operation.

Bio Medical:

The superbly crafted 860 series valves are specially suited for the precise monitoring and control of anesthetics and oxygen. Medical ventilators use them extensively because they are ultra-precise and very robust, lasting for over 500,000,000 cycles. Their internal construction is specially engineered for medical applications.

The versatile 750 series are used in this 'massage cuff', which is used to enhance blood circulation after major surgery. They provide a pressure/relax cycle to simulate a massage.

These valves:

  • Are extremely compact (9 valves fit in a 2.5 inch cube).
  • Have very low power consumption (as low as 0.8 watts).
  • Are made to exacting standards. It is not uncommon for a valve to last 5 years or more without any deterioration in operating characteristics. (Operating parameters have a direct bearing on useful life).
