RTU - Sealed Belt

Robot transfer unit with aluminium body and belt drive for payloads up to 20 kg, adapted to dirty environments.

Available Sizes: 80-2, 110-2.

Features:

• Suitable for all the smaller industrial robots (eg. weight up to 140 Kg or payload up to 20 Kg).
• Equipped with a polyurethane sealing strip to protect all of the internal components from dust, contaminants, and other foreign objects.
• The sealing strip runs the length of the body and is kept in position by micro-bearings located within the carriage. This minimizes frictional resistance as the strip passes through the carriage while providing maximum protection.
• Fastest installation due to turnkey solution. Supplied with a robot mounting plate, leveling feet, cable carrier chain, and gearbox.
• Each 7th axis is designed with a combination of highly rigid extruded aluminum extruded aluminum profiles and robust cross members.
