Linear guideways composed by an aluminium body and two shafts in steel, with two raceways. Base Line consists of rails, guide rollers, and carriages, providing a complete guiding system for light and medium loads with a space-saving design.
- Rails can be constructed with an aluminum body and two steel shafts, featuring either two raceways or one steel shaft with a single raceway. Available in stainless steel for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
- Sliders are made of anodized aluminum and feature steel guide rollers with a gothic arch profile equipped with ball bearings.
- These guide rollers come complete with self-locking washers and a hexagonal nut for fitting.
- They are available in stainless steel.
- The lubricator is supplied with the felt already lubricated. The lubricant used has a mineral oil base.
