OGL Series

CAPTRON fork light barriers of the OGL series with laser technology are extremely precise in terms of accuracy - even with small parts of only 0.05 mm. Transmitter and receiver are located in a robust metal housing and are already adjusted. This saves time during commissioning, reduces installation work and ensures a reliable process.

A very high switching frequency of 10 kHz enables extremely precise and dependable detection of both metallic and non-metallic objects. The output contacts between the N/C and N/O contacts of the laser fork light barriers can be switched. The sensitivity can be adjusted using an adjustment screw.

LASER LIGHT BARRIERS WITH INTEGRATED AIR SYSTEM

CAPTRON laser light barriers with integrated air system are extremely resistant to dirt. Outflowing air prevents dust and dirt from collecting on the transmitter and receiver.

This makes the system ideal for industrial applications with high levels of contamination, such as the food industry, paper industry, mixing and metering systems, and many others.
