Electric Actuator 2-Finger Gripper (DLSH)

Spring drive 2 Finger gripper electric actuator featuring the same ease of use and high rigidity as air components. By using the same body as the air components, it achieves unprecedented high rigidity.

The controller can be connected to the compact ESC4 Series. No dedicated software is required and various settings can be completed on site. Furthermore, there are 3 input signals which do not require any programming.

Features:

• A spring drive system where the motor rotates the spring. - Impact on the workpiece is reduced by the spring mechanism.
• The stop position is adjusted by turning the manual operation knob to the position where the cylinder switch responds. Set speed and gripping force with the controller's rotary switch. By adding an operation mode, JOG operation and alarm reset can be also manually operated.
• No programming is required. - Simple wiring is all that is required for operation.
• The use of the same body as pneumatic actuators provide high rigidity not found in conventional electric actuators.
