Electric Actuator Table Type (FLCR)

The table type electric actuator has a a short stroke and is ideal for transporting and positioning workpieces.

The actuator has a built-in motor that allows for arbitrary adjustments of acceleration/deceleration, eliminating the need for a shock absorber. Space saving is realized.

The body has dimensional compatibility with the pneumatic LCR Series, allowing for compact and pneumatic-like design.

Features:

• Since the motor is built into the actuator, there are no projections or folds in the motor assembly. Therefore, space saving of equipment is possible.
• Unlike pneumatic cylinders, electric actuators can perform multipoint positioning anywhere. As one actuator can handle the production of various types of products, this contributes to space savings.
• The compact design is possible due to the dimensional compatibility with the pneumatic cylinder LCR Series. In addition, since soft starts and soft stops are possible, shock absorbers are not required.
• Supports various options with brake, long stroke and case.
• Improved safety and environmental resistance, allowing use in a wide range of applications.
• Supports strokes up to 200 mm. Multi-point positioning enables a wider range of applications.
