A small and lightweight clamp cylinder that contributes to reduction in the weight of welding jigs, etc.
The CAC-N Series cylinder body adopts the highly reliable and lightweight CMK2 Series.
The UCAC-N Series is the CAC-N Series with a free position locking mechanism equipped. If the cylinder is stationary, locking is possible at any position. Elsewhere, since the reverse locking direction is free, the cylinder enables emergency removal of workpieces.
Features:
- The cylinder body adopts the highly reliable and lightweight CMK2 series.
- Locking can be at any point throughout the full stroke length, including the stroke end, with the piston rod still.
- Reverse locking direction is free and the rod moves in the free direction even when gripping the workpiece, allowing it to be removed.
- Selectable from tie rod mounting method and band mounting method.
- Various switches such as reed, proximity, two-color display and strong magnetic field can be mounted.
