A reliable brake is integrated to the medium bore size (φ20 to φ40 mm) standard cylinder (CMA2 / CMK2) series.
Features:
- Rod stopping accuracy ± 1.0 mm or less is realized by CKD unique brake mechanism (rod speed 300 mm/s, no load).
- Contributes to improved equipment accuracy.
- Enhanced Safety - The rod will be locked with a holding force equivalent to thrust at 0.49 MPa even if the air pressure source and power are OFF.
- JSK2 - Adopts a swaging type aluminum cover with a stainless steel tube to reduce weight.
- JSM3 - Robust design enduring severe use conditions.
