Free Position Locking Large Bore Size Cylinder (USC)

Cylinder equipped with position locking mechanism capable of stopping at any position of the stroke length for standard SCA2 Series medium bore size cylinders (φ40 to φ100).
Features:
- High abrasion-resistant round slit method.
- New long life position locking mechanism is used.
- Locking can be at any point throughout the full stroke length, including the stroke end, as long as the piston rod remains still.
- Prevents the cylinder from falling due to its own weight during power blackouts - no more workpeice damage.
- Either forward lock or backward lock can be selected.
- Piston rod moves freely in reverse lock direction, and is therefore easy to remove even with workpiece clamped.
