A high-rigidity guide rod is integrated into the super micro cylinder, creating a single axis unit with a long stroke transport function.
Features:
- The basic unit HRL-1 series making up the X-axis and Z-axis is thin and highly rigid.
- Since the two guide rods are received by the ball bushing, high positioning accuracy is maintained.
- Shock absorber integrated, speed controller attached.
- A position locking mechanism can be mounted if required by the application.
